Dom Sagolla
Dom is CEO and founder of Gray Whale, founder of the cybersecurity firm Archipelo, and founder of Developer Camp. He helped create Twitter, then helped launch Square and $developer token. He has produced dozens of events, advising and investing in many hackathon winners in their journey of success.
Anna Spisak
Anna is Executive Director of Developer Camp, and founder of Embodied Future. She works at the intersection of social impact, startups, and emerging technology — in nonprofits, cryptocurrency, human psychology, integral theory, government, and cooperative funding models.
Paula Rosales
Paula is Board Director of Developer Camp, and a visionary entrepreneur, organizational culture strategist, and special events innovator. As a professional kiteboarding instructor, her connection to the ocean fuels her committment to creating positive impact both in business and in the broader community.
Giselle Tomimbang-Mercado
Giselle is a community builder, cultural strategist, and experiential producer with over 20 years of experience in wellness advocacy, music and arts programming, and stakeholder engagement. Her work centers joy, cultural exchange, and collective care—spanning festivals, wellness summits, and purpose-led campaigns.

Carolina is cofounder and managing director of Sangha Capital, a community of practitioners who help each other in an atmosphere of kindness and respect in order to uplift one another. She invests in technology startups that solve the United Nations Sustainability Development Goals.
Erika Aquino
Erika is an experienced angel investor, philanthropist, educational volunteer, and strategic advisor. Passionate about empowering startups that balance profit with purpose, she specializes in supporting early-stage ventures focused on sustainability, wellness, education, and the future of work.
Jay Fajardo
Jay is a highly technical, serial venture builder and CEO at Proudcloud deploying agile software development teams to startups, scaleups, and enterprise. He helps teams with Open Innovation consulting and ecosystem acceleration at his venture studio in Manila called Launchgarage.
Kenji Kato
Kenji is CTO and founder of Gray Whale, founder of Wildfire.Report, plus a multiple-time Grand Champion and technical advisor to Developer Camp. He is a multidisciplinary engineer and researcher, formerly of NASA, with a background that includes film making, 3D computer graphics, AR / VR applications, and podcasting.
Kristopher Floyd
Kris is seasoned entrepreneur who took an unconventional path from Marine Corps officer to multi-time startup founder. As a GTM expert and mentor at accelerators like 500 Global and Bunker Labs, he’s helped entrepreneurs navigate critical inflection points—including product-market fit, fundraising, and scalable growth.
Dan Lynch
Dan is a serial entrepreneur, builder, and web architect with multiple exits. With two EECS degrees from UC Berkeley, he founded several no-code and web infrastructure companies that collectively raised over $100 million—and has since become an angel investor in such firms as Superhuman, Akash, and price.com.

At Developer Camp Manila, hundreds of engineers, creatives and entrepreneurs will gather to envision and create the future of human flourishing—including what jobs and occupations are required in the age of AI. During our 48-hour idea competition, attendees will learn about the latest advancements in machine learning from the world’s foremost experts in the field.
Developer Camp Manila follows the tradition of past events, highlighting inclusion, diversity and empowerment in the developer community. Attendees are encouraged to develop native and web applications during this exciting, cooperative, hackathon-style event.
